Design process

stage 1 - Site review

  1. Initial Meeting- discuss the project desires, requirements, process and feasibility

  2. Establish the projects constraints and opportunities

  3. Provide feed back via report - outlining our findings and recommendations based on what is possible for the project.

  4. We provide a fee proposal for the clients review and acceptance

    stage 2 - design

    1. Design commencement, may include a project visit for details measurements etc.

    2. Concept layouts developed including a high level specification of fittings and locations.

    3. Review round and consultation for amendment where required to suit the clients needs.

    4. We provide a fee proposal for the clients review and acceptance

      stage 3- construction

      1. Obtain quotes from Electricians for the works, managed by RLD or yourself. RLD have a number of trusted contractors.

      2. Assess the quotes and provide recommendations and highlight concerns or areas to be mindful of.

      3. Engage a contractor and pay construction deposit.

      4. Construction assistance throughout the project to completion including a final defects inspection
